Best bets and predictions for the F1 race in Brazil this weekend. We provide our Sao Paulo Grand Prix picks for the race winner, podium finishers, points scorers and more.
It’s the final leg of the latest F1 triple-header this weekend as the teams head to Brazil for the Sao Paulo Grand Prix after recent races in the United States and Mexico over the last two rounds.
Kimi Antonelli wrapped up a brilliant World Drivers’ Championship success with a third place finish in Mexico City last week, while Max Verstappen won for the third time in the last four races.
With Ferrari finishing second at the last three races, the Italian team will be out to add to their win tally over the final four rounds of the season, while Mercedes’ priority this weekend to add the Constructors’ Championship to Antonelli’s individual title.
Antonelli is 119 points ahead of the rest of the grid, but Verstappen has now moved into second place, two points ahead of Lewis Hamilton, with George Russell and Charles Leclerc still in the battle to finish as runner-up too.
Verstappen is the favourite in the F1 betting at 5/4 (2.25, +125) to make it four wins in five races at Interlagos on Sunday, with Antonelli at 11/5 (3.20, +220) as he bids for his 10th win of the season.
We’ve picked out some value selections for the main F1 markets for Sunday’s race at the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace in Sao Paulo.

Charles Leclerc to win the Sao Paulo Grand Prix 13/2
Ferrari have been knocking at the door in their quest to land a third win of the season, with
Leclerc finishing second in Austin and Mexico City before Hamilton finished second to Verstappen on Sunday, and Leclerc looks a value bet to secure his second success of the season in Brazil.
The Scuderia drivers have one win each this year, with Leclerc winning at Silverstone in July while Hamilton recorded his first Ferrari success in Barcelona, but the team must be ruing the chances they missed, including last week’s race where Hamilton started on pole.
The Ferrari should be suited to the challenges of the flowing left-handed track in Brazil and the gap between the Italian team and the top two in the market could prove to be too great.
Leclerc is on a run of six consecutive top-four finishes and while he has had some tough breaks in Brazil in the past, such as not being able to start the race after qualifying in second place in 2023 due to a hydraulics failure on the formation lap, he has shown pace there and should arrive in good heart after the birth of his daughter this week.
Sao Paulo Grand Prix best bet to finish 2nd
Max Verstappen to finish 2nd 13/4
Verstappen can’t be counted out of contention in any event in his current form and after seven straight podium finishes, he should be in the hunt for a fourth win of the year.
With Antonelli and the Ferrari pair likely to be competitive and the potential for an improved effort from McLaren this week, it could be a close contest and Verstappen may be overpriced at 13/4 (4.25, +325) to find one of his rivals too strong for him this week.
The Dutch driver has turned in some fantastic drives in Brazil, winning from 17th on the grid in 2024 and finishing third last year after starting in the pit lane.
Sao Paulo Grand Prix top-6 finish betting tips
Oscar Piastri to finish in the top 6 3/4
Any improvement McLaren can make this week should also benefit Oscar Piastri, who is down in seventh place in the standings after finishing third last season, when he topped the standings for much of the year.
The Australian has managed only two podium finishes this year as he continues to get to grips with the new generation of cars, but a top-six finish should be a realistic target.
Piastri was sixth and fifth in Bahrain and Singapore and crossed the line seventh in Mexico last week before dropping out of the points due to a post-race penalty.
He was fifth in Sao Paulo last year and could achieve something similar if the car changes are successful.
Sao Paulo Grand Prix points finish betting tips
Oliver Bearman to finish in the points 9/2
Oliver Bearman has a new partner at Haas this week with rookie Rafael Camara stepping in after Ryo Hirakawa was a late replacement for Esteban Ocon in Mexico City.
The British driver will want to showcase his speed as the Brazilian makes his debut in front of a home crowd and he looks an attractive price at 9/2 (5.50, +450) to score points for the first time in five races.
Bearman had been in contention for points in 11th place in Mexico City when he was rammed by the Audi of Nico Hulkenberg, and he was an impressive sixth in this event last year.
